1. Who we are
ZeroTrustFX is a personal project that publishes a verifiable record of the operator's own foreign-exchange demo trading. Every trade call is posted publicly before its outcome is known, on our X, Bluesky and Threads accounts, and summarised on this website and on our YouTube channel (youtube.com/@ZeroTrustFX).
2. Data collected by this website
This website is a static site. It does not use cookies, does not include login, comment or contact forms, and does not collect, store or sell personal information. If aggregate traffic measurement is enabled, it uses a cookieless analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that does not track individual visitors across sites.
The live performance numbers shown on this site are fetched from stats.zerotrustfx.com. That endpoint serves only aggregate trading statistics (counts, win/loss, drawdown). It receives no personal data from your browser beyond the standard technical information involved in any web request.
This site stores one item in your browser — the colour scheme you chose, light or dark (localStorage key ztf-theme). It exists only so the page looks the same next time. I never receive this value, and you can delete it from your browser settings.
3. Outbound and affiliate links
This site contains links to third-party services, including social networks and a clearly disclosed affiliate link to a brokerage. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them before use.
Some sections of this site embed content served by third parties: the X posts shown as evidence (loaded only when you scroll to them), the Myfxbook account widget, and the podcast video on the article pages. When they load, your browser contacts x.com, myfxbook.com and youtube-nocookie.com, and those companies receive your IP address and browser information, as with any web request. The video works differently in one respect: nothing is sent to YouTube until you press play, and until then the page shows only a still image stored on this site. This site sets no cookies of its own, and every one of those sources can also be opened directly by following the links instead.
4. The ZeroTrustFX Uploader tool (Google and TikTok user data)
“ZeroTrustFX Uploader” is a private, single-user application operated only by the site owner. Its sole function is to upload the operator's own weekly recap video to the operator's own YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API, using the youtube.upload authorization scope.
The tool accesses only the operator's own Google account, with the operator's explicit OAuth consent. It does not access, collect, store or share data belonging to any other person. The OAuth credentials it uses are stored only on the operator's own computer and are never transmitted to anyone else. The tool does not read YouTube data; it only uploads videos and sets their thumbnails.
Google user data handled by this tool is used solely to provide this functionality and is not sold, transferred or used for advertising. The tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Because this application uses YouTube API Services, its user (the operator) is also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy. Stored authorization can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The same tool also uploads the operator's own weekly recap video to the operator's own TikTok account (@zerotrustfx) through the TikTok Content Posting API. It uploads only: it does not read, browse or collect any TikTok content or user data, and it never posts to any account other than the operator's own. The authorization tokens it uses are stored only on the operator's own computer and are never shared. Granted authorization can be revoked at any time from the TikTok app settings.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
